What have I done

Nick's P.O.V

Those two black wolves weren't of my liking. They killed alpha's and say others ordered them to. They have a mind of their own. They know I want to kill Colin, or have him killed. So they came here to ask. They were wrong to think I would let them kill him. I prepared the pack for more than a week. I trained more and did more work so I would have the work done for when I left. It was finally time and I went to Colin's territory, running in wolf form it took half a day. I haven't been there for a long time and a lot has changed. As entered the territory, I saw a pile of death bodies. 'the death pit those black wolves talked about.' My wolf said. 'Stop involving them into everything.' I said and I walked around the pit. I approached the pack house and smelled a lot of people. I looked around me to see a lot of broken camera's. 'I think they have already been here.' my wolf said to me. 'No s**t Sherlock.' I said irritated and rolled my eyes. 'They are gonna get stuck.' He pushed and I blocked him out of my head. Stupid wolf. I entered the pack house's open door. I listened and smelled everything in case it was a trap of any kind. All the scents let me to a big room. I walked through chic halls and looked though the again open door into the room. Hundreds of wolves were watching the stage in front of them, all silent. On the stage was a tall boy with blonde hair. In front of him, on a table kind of thing, laid the body of Colin. It's head was missing but it was him without a doubt. The boy noticed me and walked towards me. Not hostile, I noticed. I was still alert for any kind of attack but I slowly began realising they weren't anything like Colin. "Alpha Nick Wade, Alpha of the Lightning pack, aren't you?" He said kind. I nodded and looked him straight into his eyes. I then looked at Colin's body. "Two black wolves attacked him last night I was there. I even asked them to hurt him since he threatened ban me from the pack. I'm Ethan Howard, Colin's so who hates his father at all times." He introduced himself. I shifted because I trusted him. He didn't lie for my feeling. I notice when someone is lying and he wasn't. His pack also seemed trustworthy. When I changed I was already wearing my shorts, perks of being royal. "Nick Wade, soon to be Alpha of the Lightning pack." I shook his hand. "Would you like to set Colin of fire?" He asked. I looked at him confused. "Sure." I said and we walked to the stage. "Tell us, Nick. Where does you hate towards Colin come from?" Ethan asked and I thought. "Many things, actually. First, the death pit. The amount of deaths on his hands is enormous and can't be held silent. I think every pack member has lost someone close to them considering the amount of deaths. He also killed my father. My father was acting stupid but Colin killed him unconscious." I stopped. I had many more kinds of hatred towards him but those were the only two I could explain. Ethan gave me a torch and poured some kind of combustible liquid over Colin's body. He nodded at me when he was done and I set the body on fire. I looked over the suddenly loud and cheering crowd and noticed two black wolves at the back. My face changed from pretty happy to a mad look. I don't know why I hated those two so much but they just had something I didn't like. They left and I stayed on the stage not being able to be completely happy again. "I think it is time for you to go back to your pack, but I would love to be allies in the future and work against bad alphas and help wolves." Ethan said. I shook his hand. "Of course." I said. "The more allies against the abusive alphas, the better." I said. "And you are right, it is time for me to leave again." I jumped down and left the building. There they were. Two really proud wolves with Colin's head laying in front of them. It send shivers down my spine to look at it. "I understand that you are very proud of yourself." I said crossing my arms in front of my chest. They nodded, silently laughing at my anger. "Don't be so mad." The female wolf said. "We did the hard work and you have a new ally. We are now all happy." I shook my head. "Let's show this head to my mother and see how she will react to it." I said. They agreed and we went back towards my territory. They were running next to me but could run away without me being able to chase them, that is why my plan has to work at once. The murderers don't know about the king of all wolves being here, in my territory. I contacted him last week as part of the plan to take them down. The wolves have killed many others and they will be sentenced to something for that. The king of all wolves is Victor Randall, Alpha of the White Fang pack. He masked his scent and hid himself somewhere and is ready to shoot the most powerful sleeping dart into both wolves. We walked into my territory and the wolves noticed me behaving nervous. They listened to everything that was going on around us. They smelled every thing. Then it happened. Victor had two snipers and shot them at the wolves at the same time. They both heard the click. The male got hit and almost immediately fell on the ground, the female had dodged the dart but stayed with the other wolf. She growled at me to stay away from her. Then victor appeared with his darts in his hands. His big white wolf was only a bit smaller than the black wolves. "You and your brother are under arrest for breaking the laws we once made to live in peace. Come with us and your brother or suffer the consequences." He said loud and with power. I shifted and bowed my head for his power but the wolf didn't move. She just looked at me and Victor full of anger. She still had Colin's head in her mouth and threw it towards me. I instinctively caught it but threw it on the ground as soon as I touched it. "Take it with you, it is evidence." Victor said and the wolf laughed at me. I gritted my teeth at her but Victor snapped me out of it and I grabbed the head by its hear. It was disgusting. We walked towards the pack house where my mother was already waiting. Victor was pulling the wolf somehow and the other wolf walked behind us. She wasn't sure if she would be able to escape without doing damage to her brother. I was happy they have been caught but now I carried some kind of guilt with me. "What has happened to them?" My mother said running towards us, towards the male wolf actually. She grabbed his head and looked for injuries. "Miss Wade, they are under arrest and please don't try to do anything with them." Victor said using his powerful voice and my mother whined and backed away. I walked towards her with the head still in my head. She looked at it. "I did that. I asked them to kill Colin." She said trying to defend them. I let go of the head, hugged my mother and guided her into the house. Those stupid wolves were getting what they deserved but yet my mother tried to defend them. Even I felt guilty for setting them up like this. We went into My mothers room and I sat her on her bed. "Why did you do this to them. They haven't done anything to you. They don't deserve this after risking their life and killing all those abusive alohas." She cried. "They killed many wolves and the laws Victor set do not approve to that. We have to help him maintain that law." I said. "Will they be sentenced to death?" She asked. I thought. "Probably, yes." "Then why. They maintained the law the same as you did and the same as he will do. They killed the killing wolves. They will get sentenced for it while when you will kill a killing alpha, you will be rewarded." she said, it was true. I was an alpha and had the right to use the laws Victor made and kill those who violated that law without a trial. These two wolves did what I could've done but would be killed because they aren't alphas. Or Victor's friends really. "You are right, but I did it and I now can't do anything about that." I said. "When is the lawsuit?" She asked. "Tomorrow." I said. We were silent for a while and I decided to leave and think about what I did. Was it good or was it bad. Can I stop it or not. I have to know before it's too late.
