"Could this be referring to the big diamond?" Raul asked in shock.
"They seem to line up with the prophecy alright," Lexi said excitedly. "The prophecy did imply that you would be led there. So, maybe this k********g is part of that plan coming to fulfillment."
"Whether I really want to find the diamond or not?" Raul asked doubtfully.
"Let's get out of here first, before Menessa returns," Patrice suggested.
"Good, but I'm taking this with me anyway," Raul declared, as he tucked the glass box under his arm and moved toward the door which led back to the library. He stood still in his tracks before closing the door. "What about when Melinda comes back?" he asked in concern.
