Jer I was sweating by the time I made it to the floor where Anna was staying. The place was quaint and old but it lacked the charm the buildings in Scotland had. I saw a man whose muscles were straining at the seams of his designer shirt and my mouth dried up. Looking down at the ring on my finger a little worm of guilt gnawed at me. “Excuse me may I help you?” The man’s voice had a slight twang to it that did not belong in Italy.
