Waking up and leaving the dormitory for the day made me realize how quiet the early mornings at Golden Willow High were. The hallways were nearly empty, safe for the students that had to wake up earlier then the others to visit the library, for some light exercise, or to head down to the stalls in the equestrian and agriculture club to check in on the animals. There were adult workers who were paid to take care of these animals, but it wasn't unbelievable that the students would develop bonds with said animals as they would spend most of their time with them.
