Chapter 15// Terrible Reality
"What do you mean you know?" I asked, getting up immediately.
He walked over to me and stood about a foot away. "Maybe you should take a shower first. I think you'll want to see this person afterwards," he told me.
So, I did as I was told. I grabbed the duffel bag I brought with me and headed to the bathroom.
After the quickest shower ever, I emerged and found the gym empty. The lights were still on, just the way I left it, but Colby was no longer here. I looked everywhere for him, even outside of the building. But he wasn't there, and his truck was gone as well.
