Chapter 12: I'm Watching You

It was finally starting to feel like things were marginally calming down since I had breakfast with Jack. Work was still just as busy now that we were in the middle of summer. Staten Island was a popular destination amongst college kids over the summer and they were flocking over, filling the downtown area with their love of the nightlife.
Despite work being extremely hectic, I was feeling much more rested. I was able to sleep at night, knowing that Jack Drake and the other officers at the precinct were doing everything they could to solve Abbie's case.
