I rollover pulling her closer to my chest and she sighs nuzzling I to me kissing my chest " Morning my King"

I kiss her head " Morning baby why do I feel closer to you then ever?"

She giggles " Because you are I am laying in bed with you"

" Well obviously"

" No silly I mean physically we are in the same bed"

" Oh the girls decided to move you?"

She nods " Mhm"

" Morning?"

I look over seeing our sweet little Stella flying into the room " Morning Princess come cuddle with us"

She smiles flying to the bed cuddling between us I look at my beautiful girls smiling I can't wait for this to be real I can't wait to have not only our seed child but to make my mate pregnant and happy for eternity.

" Connor"

" Hmm"

" Stop thinking about getting me pregnant"

I chuckle " Sorry I know it makes you hungry"

" Ya think I am going to make breakfast"

She gets up smiling and stretching her wings before she shrinks taking off Stella and I mope our way down stairs. Marybeth is in the kitchen full size flying around grabbing stuff for breakfast

" Baby can I ask you something?"

She turns smiling " Yeah handsome of course what's up?"

" Why didn't your parents have a seed child?"

" Who says I'm not one?"

I glare at her making her giggle " My dad never planted one most males don't they don't really think about mates"

" So what about your mom?"

" Mom mated dad and became Royal only royals can make seed children because there is only one life tree in existence and that is the one Stella is in"

" Okay so what other customs do you have that I don't know about?"

She floats down to me letting her wings retract I think it is so hot when she has them out honestly. She pecks my lips " What do you say we go for a trip today around the Island? I can show you things you never thought possible"

" Okay"

" Wait does this mean we get to see Grandma?"

We both look at Stella and Marybeth sighs "Maybe if the Goddess is willing today you know that"

She nods " I don't think she will like daddy"

Marybeth laughs " Yeah she will get over it" I look at her utterly confused " My parents are in the land of the Goddess but in a dream state they can visit me when the Goddess sees it fit"

" Gotcha"

She giggles pecking my lips " Don't be scared they can't leave the castle here and I wont let her hurt you"

" More worried about your dad"

she laughs " Don't be my dad is a fluff ball compared to my mother"

" Kind of like you are to mommy"

I turn glaring at our daughter " Hey just because I give in to your mother doesn't make me a fluff ball"

Marybeth pats my chest " Whatever helps you sleep at night royal pain"

I chuckle turning to her and tickling her as she pulls me in a kiss " Ewe"

We both wave Stella away continuing our mini makeout before she pulls away to make breakfast.

MARYBETH

Stella and I take Connor around the Island as she practices growing the plants " So can all sprites do that?"

I shake myhead " We all have our own abilities Stella is an extension of me so she has my abilities"

" You make things grow?"

" I spread life I can bring someone back from a brink if needed but I haven't done that in about 50 years"

" Grimes?"

I nod " Yeah he was attacked by hunters guessing that's the day I was seen anyways we are here"

She motions to a grand castle vines growing around the entire thing we head up going inside and Stella starts yelling.

We walk around and I admire the old beauty of this place I made my more modern years ago but there is something about the medieval times that always gave me pride to be so old.

" What the hell"

We turn seeing a tall linky woman almost as beautiful as my mate " Kitana why the hell is he here!"

She sighs " He is my mate momma"

"No... Not just no hell no he slaughtered out entire species!"

"Mrs. LingLing I know what I did was wrong..."

" Wrong!? Do you have any idea the trouble we went through when you attacked us for no reason!"

I sigh " I had a reason my father gave the order I was just fulfilling it I admit I was very uneducated about your species but I am trying to Atone for that"

"Uneducated? All our species ever did was keep peace and now look 400 years later it is total war!"

Marybeth steps in front of me " Mother stop it look he didn't know and none of us know what happened to make the king mad or why are blood is so addicting to them but I have been around vampires for 400 years and none of them have hurt me you yourself I trusted me to one"

She shakes her head " Austin was different I saw the light in him"

" And I see the light in Connor mom yes I throw in his face what he did but I am not going to judge him or his species for the past and bad judgement"

She sighs " Why the hell did you get that gift you brat"

Marybeth giggles " Inherited that one from you can you go find Stella please"

" Why she is right here"

We turn to a man that looks to be in his 40's with Stella on his back he smiles sticking g out his hand "Darnell Ling Ling nice to meet you your highness"

I shake his hand feeling a spark of light " Connor Grady sir"

" You taking care of our daughter Connor?"

I chuckle putting my arm around her waist " Trying to sir but she takes care of me more than anything"

" Now that I believe why don't we all take a picnic on the roof get to know each other?"

We all agree it is nice to know she still gets to see her parents every now and then I feel even worse for what I did as we lay in bed.

She slides up from my chest kissing me " Would you stop that"

" What?"

" That doubt of your's it's the past Connor we need to look to the future"

I sigh " You think there is a future? What if we don't get the answers we want?"

" Then we will figure it out" She puts her hands in mine subtle sparks flying through my body " I love you Connor Grady and no matter what happens I would gladly die for you"

I sigh sitting up leaning my head to hers " I don't think I could live without you my Queen"

She kisses me " You won't have to look we know it's my blood so if it comes down to it you just won't be able to mark me but I am your's forever my king"

I sigh kissing her head " And I am your's for eternity my Queen"

She smiles at me " Come on we need to go say goodbye"

"Goodbye?"

She nods " Yes goodbye we are going to wake up soon I can feel the dream slipping"

We get up going to Stella's room" Your leaving huh?"

I nod kissing her head and pulling her in my lap " Yeah but your mom and I can visit you here. and we will wake you"

She hugs me " I love you daddy"

" I love you Princess"

She says goodbye to Marybeth and we go to bed.
