RUBY’S POV
Alpha Bernard couldn’t help pacing, he had some words to say but he wasn’t audible enough for my ears to catch.
Dean was seated next to me and if he wasn’t, I might be scared that something not so good had happened to him also.
My palms were on my cheeks and my elbow touched my knees, it’s been a while here in the hospital and the Doctor still hadn’t showed up at our faces again.
“Do you think he will make it?” I asked Dean, I did it in a very low tone.
“I made it so there is a high chance that he will” he responded,
No one thought that Dean would survive the rogues' attack but he did, it meant that Alpha Basil also had hope.
The war in the pack has just escalated and due to poor preparation and planning of the Alphas, the rogues were able to attack them on their way out
