RUBY’S POV
I couldn’t stop myself from smiling, looking at Dean’s face brought me so much joy, and seeing him smile kept on melting my heart.
After more than a week, he was back on his feet and was just as healthy as he used to be, it was safe to say that our parents were looking back on us.
“The moon goddess knew you needed that rest, it was why she made you lose consciousness for six days” I broke the ongoing silence,
“That’s a lie” he protested wearing a frown.
“It’s the truth, you wouldn’t have taken six days to rest if I had asked you to” I convinced him.
He adjusted himself on the bed and now he was sitting up, he still had bruises all over his body but they were nothing to be worried about.
“What have I missed?” He inquired,
“I’ll tell you after you take your medications” I
