And then he turned around and walked away. I looked up at Nick and he immediately moved back, giving me more room to pass. I walked out the closet door and Nick did the same walking closely behind me. As soon as we entered the room again, all eyes moved from the entrance door to Nick and I. I could hear a few murmuring amongst the people seated, mostly from the girls. Nick joined the circle back by taking his previous seat but I didn’t, I ran out the room instead.
