The temperature change was a complete one eighty. I had completely forgotten how cold it could be in Manchester. I had just walked out the airport when I began regretting I had worn the outfit I wore. It was warm in California before I left which was exactly why I was dressed in a black shorts with a black tube top, wearing an unbuttoned baggy shirt on top and finally a pair of wedge black sandals to finish off the dressing. I spotted one of my dad's many drivers from afar, standing outside by the car, looking at every passer-by that had any feature in common with me.
