My eyes pried open slowly and met with white ceilings. Not even a nanosecond after, I shut my eyes back, keeping them that way for a few minutes before trying again. This time the bright lights weren’t so bad as my eyes didn’t hurt as much as it did before. It took a while for me to realise that I wasn’t in my room. The room was small, everywhere was white and there were two large windows on each side. There was no other furniture besides the bed I was lying on and a single couch. I wasn’t at home that I was sure. I immediately sat on my back and thousands of thoughts ran through my head. To my left were machines and I only just noticed that one of them was connected to my left hand. It couldn’t be that I was at a psychic ward, could it? Or worse Maybe I was kidn*pped by some aliens
