Today was the day. The day I wished never came. The day I wish could be extended farther. The day I get married. The end of the my independent life. End of my single life. It was here and nothing about it was good. I had barely had a wink of sleep last night. I couldn’t rest, my mind couldn’t settle. My heart didn’t stop beating erratically. I sweated in my palms and armpits. I kept staring at the wall clock, watching it’s hands move faster than they would do on a normal day, they made loud ticking noise as they moved . It felt as if I had just been told I only had a day left to live and then that day was suddenly going by super fast like the universe itself wanted me gone. The three hands raced so fast that in the blink of an eye an hour was gone, another blink then it was two hours gone
