"Volvamos a casa."
"Vámonos," he says back to me and gets his coat from the backrest of the seat.
"Did I say that right?" tanong ko sa kaniya.
"Yeah, where did you learn that?"
I pout at him. "I actually have Spanish class this semester."
"Ah! Why didn't you tell me?" he smiles. "Vayámonos."
"I wanted to surprise you, of course," sabi ko sa kaniya habang hinahatak niya pasara ang hotel room.
"I should be speaking with you in Spanish, then? So you'd learn?"

He chuckles under his breath while we wait for the elevator.
