I looked between my father and my mate. Understanding how much they wanted to protect me from every evil in the world. Understanding the fierceness of their instincts to harm anyone who dared harm me and my heart soared at the love behind both men's eyes. I had spent my night with Luca, my morning with Jayden, and I had yet to see Nick. I haven't spent enough time with him alone lately and Clara was clawing at the inside of my head begging me to go find Nick/Chaz. She was craving her mate and so was I.
