Twenty-Two Soon the holidays arrived and the New Year’s celebrations seemed to pass quickly for Destiny. Her days seamlessly moved from one to the next until the holiday songs, parties, and fashions faded into remote memory. January seeped through a hole of her reality and drifted into obscurity. During the administration meeting at the massage college after the first of the year, it was announced there would be a new turnover, and Destiny was not happy about it. Her position would be divided between two instructors and this change would cut her income by one third. She knew her job at the spa was set, and if needed, she could take on more clients to fill the financial gap; she was not particularly concerned. However, there was an issue she was not fond of: She would be sharing her lesson
