Nine Two weeks flew by with the autumn breeze; however, Destiny had not run into the woman who had offered the ride to Swindon Village. She decided that on her next day off, she would rent a cycle and ride to the suburb. After asking around, she located a bike shop that rented to tourists. The night before her trip, she packed a small lunch of grapes, water biscuits, and a can of Coke. The directions on her map were clear: Head northwest for about three miles. Once on the road, Destiny felt a sense of freedom. Her body appreciated the exercise as the crisp air streamed through her hair. At one point, she spied a little creek and decided to stop.
