The Ceremony

Standing in the door way Casper stood with a straight face. He was trying to control his emotions. It bugged him seeing his brother sitting in front of what could be his mate if it weren't for his brother being the alpha. Seeing her shirtless made him wanna take her there but he knew better. Staring at her naked chest her growled in arousal before snapping his attention back to his brother.

" If your done its getting late. " he said. Before turning around and heading out the barn door.

Callum let out an annoying sigh. Before turning to Astrid.

" Let's go Princess. I suppose it's time to go eat and then rest before the ceremony tomorrow night." He said as he handed her the short he had previously took off her.

Waiting for her to put it on he then grabbed her by the hand and dragged her towards the house. Opening the glass doors the smell of dinner hit his nose and his stomach growled. He was definitely hungry especially after the current events. Letting her hand go he went straight to the food.

Piling his plate with chicken, potatoes and veggies he sat down and began to eat.

" Cas. Where did you go?" He asked his younger brother between chews of food.

" I needed to go for a run." Was all Casper said.

Callum grunted at his brother and continued to eat.

Astrid cloud sense the tention in the room and grabbed her plate and went to her room to eat. Leaving both men to have a pissing match.

She finished eating and set her plate on her bedside table and played down deciding to go to bed now her stomach is full.

*She stood in the middle of the woods. Surrounded by wolves. Each one walking up to her amd sniffing her hand. Then the black wolf from her previous dream walked to her. Her breath ragged. Something about this wolf made her nervous. Not frightened nervous. Just nervous. She began to calm as soon as she looked into to ice blue eyes of this wolf. Reaching her hand out slowly she let the wolf sniff her hand. Trusting him that he wouldn't bite her hand off. It seemed this wolf was the alpha because the wolves backed off as soon as she was approached. The wolf sniffed the air catching her scent. Before moving to her slowly. His wet nose touched her finger tips before he turned around and waded back into the pack of wolves. She heard cracking of something and in the middle if the wolves stood a human. *

Beep beep beep

Astrid woke up to her clock going off. Rolling over she hit the button and saw the clock say 9:00 in red.

Letting out a sigh she threw her covers off and got out of bed. Heading to the dresser she grabbed some clothing before she headed to the bathroom to shower. Turing the shower on she stripped and stepped in the shower.

Callum opened her door to see if she was awake. Seeing she wasnt in bed he retreated from her room and went to his office. Sorting down at his desk his brother walked in.

" Enjoy your fun yesterday?" He asked his brother sarcastically. Knowing his brother broke the rules.

" I didn't do anything wrong yesterday. Shes still a virgin" he stated arching a brow. " I didn't penetrate her if that's what you are thinking. I'm not stupid I know she needs to stay a virgin until after the ceremony. Which won't be long after. " he told his brother.

Casper uncrossed his arm and sat in the chair on the other side of the desk and began to play with a spare pen.

" Well as long as shes still pure for after the ceremony it's none of my business." He admitted.

" Damn straight it isn't. I'm an adult Cas. I know the rules. I just want the day to be over with. " he admitted. " Faster we get it over with the better for the pack. " he told his brother

Callum picked up a pen and began to sign some papers.

" Anything else you need brother?" He asked as he circled tinued on with his work.

" Nope." He dropped the pen and stood up leaving his brother to himself.

Astrid looked at the clock in her room. It read 11pm. It was about time for the Ceremony. She was in her room putting on her dress.

The dress was a deep red satin bottom in a bell shape. The wait came up and fitted her form well. It had a lace top with the satin under the lace. It was a heart shaped neckline. The neckline was embroidered with stones.

Her hair was swept up into a bun work strands of.hair shaping her face that were curled.

She slipped on her black flats and headed for the door.

Opening the door she stepped out and grabbed her sweater before closing the door behind her. Heading down the steps she saw Casper at the bottom of then waiting for her.

" Cal already left. We need to hurry and get there. The ceremony won't be long." He told her as he took her by the arm.

Leading her to the back door to the kitchen he opened and she saw that the horses were already ready for them.

Helping Astrid on the horse before hoping on his own

Kicking the horse in the sides. He began down the path towards the ceremony.

It wasnt long before they arrived. When everyone saw them they began to make their way to their chairs.

Asteod hopped down from the horse. She straigthend her dress out.

Casper grabbed her by the arm and took her to a small little building wher eshebhad to wait.

"Cal need to be at the alter first I'll let you know when you need to come down the path. " he told her

Astrid waited for Casper to let her know. It felt like forever when he finally mentioned for her to go.

Stepping from the little building she made her way to the alter. She looked at Callum. He was in a white button up shirt with a pair of black jeans and a pair of dress shoes. She thought he looked handsome.

As she approaches the alter she saw an elder lady standing behind the alter amd infront of her on the alter was a bowl with dried leaves amd powers.

Stepping forward the elderly.lady spoke

" I Priestess White am here to complete the mating ceremony. " she declared. She turned to Callum and clearly asked him " Callum Kingston of the Blood River Pack. Do you accept the duties of an Alpha to this pack. To take a mate to make this pack complete?" She asked him.

Turing to the lady he cleared his throat and spoke.

" I Callum Kingston of the Red River Pack accept the duties and responsibilities as Alpha of this pack and Accept Astrid Evers of the Blue Dawn Pack as the Luna to my pack." He said and then took the knife next to the bowl and sliced his hand.

Holding his hand over the bowl He let his blood drip into the bowl. As soon as it hit the leaves and powder it began to lighten in color. Like not was glowing.

The elderly lady turned to Astrid and cleared her throat.

"Astrid Evers of the Blue DawnPack. Do you accept the duties of a Luna to this pack. To take a mate to make this pack complete?" She asked her.

Astrid looked at Callum before replying

"I...I Astrid Evers of the Blue Dawn Pack accept the duties and responsibilities as Luna to the Blood River Pack. I also accept Alpha Callum Kingston as my mate." She replied.

Turing towards the alter she picked the knife up an sliced her hand as well. Holding her hand over the bowl she let her blood drip into the bowl to mix with Callums. As she did she spoke " I I Astrid Evers am no longer part if the Blue Dawn Pack. I am now Luna to the Red River Pack. " she let the blood drip into the bowl and when it did the bowl began to glow brightly and hover. The bowl moved higher over both Astrid and Callum. Once it was the bowl began to melt away and in place of the air there was two small black bands. The bands floated back down between Astrid and Callum.

Callum reached for hers. Taking her hand he placed the band on her finger. In graved on the band was a howling wolf howling at the moon sitting next to a river. And next to the river was another wolf drinking from the river.

Astrid reached for his band and places it on his finger.

Turing to the crowd Callum spoke.

" Before the pack run I'd like to annouce that out pack name has be changed as this union was made. We are now the Red Dawn Pack." He said.

Stepping from the platform dragging Astrid along. He turned to face her.

" Princess now I have to run with the pack. Casper will bring you home. Your things have been moved to my room. I'll see you when I get home." He told her before leaning in to kiss her.

Slipping off his shoes he stripped to his underwear. " take the home will you?" He said as he handed her his cloths. Before he took of on foot. As he did the guests began to shift and run after him
