Chapter 3.5

*** Prenuptial Agreement ***

This Prenuptial Agreement is entered into this day of xxxx by and between:

Sebastian Syquia Morris, of legal age, Filipino citizen, residing at xxxx, herein will be known as party “A” ;

and

Stella Castro Montoya, of legal age, Filipino citizen, residing at xxxx, herein will be known as party “B”, who is considering entering into a marriage.

Article 1.

After the wedding, “B” shall move to “A "'s house.

Article 2.

Parties “A” and “B” will have separate bedrooms during the duration of the contract. However, if the situation needs (ie, if a relative, friend, or colleague visits and stays at their house). Party “B” shall move into “A” bedroom to avoid suspicion. The same goes when “A” and “B” stay over at a friend, relative, or colleague's house. Or, if they go on a trip with another group of people aside from the two of them.

Article 3.

The assets of both parties shall not become mutual before and after the marriage.

Article 4.

Both parties shall maintain communication on messaging apps and exchange sweet messages regularly.

Article 5.

Both parties shall frequently broadcast the sweetness of their relationship before the wedding and married life on social media platforms.

Article 6.

No one shall know about this contract marriage.

Article 7.

Both parties shall avoid any romantic relationship or getting involved in other relationships during the contract to avoid rumors and suspicions.

Article 8.

The term of this contract shall be two (2) years from the signing date.

Article 9.

The contract shall take effect upon the signing of both parties.
