My grip tightened on his hands as I stopped masking my scent and a growl rose up Drake's chest as he grumbled "mine". Frowning at him I started to mask my scent again, his eyes went back to the forest green colour as he said "okay take a deep breath, close your eyes and see what you can smell". Concentrating and doing what he asked I stayed silent until I could smell rain water with a hint of strawberries mixed in, my eyes shot open to see Drake smiling at me as Silver took over my words and growled "mine". Covering my mouth with my hands Drake chuckled at my reaction as he took my hands away from my mouth "Brina please stay with me" he looked sad it wasn't till I remembered the conversation about him not wanting a mate cause he thought they would reject him.
