Breaking into room 642 of the Rose Hollow Inn the next morning was not an easy task. She had taken the stairs to avoid being seen, but the problem posed with the door. She didn't have a key card, and she couldn't pretend this was her room. It obviously wasn't.
But she was still going to get into the room.
She had to wait for housekeeping. She could pretend to be locked out of her room, all small smiles and fake laughs when she approached. And she did, making up a story about how she had gotten locked out. It took a couple of moments for the maid to believe her, but she did, letting Becky into the room.
That was probably unsafe.
