Chapter 10
She started with the Rose Hollow Inn. Luckily, Ella and Mary were in the lobby. Becky raced to catch up with them.
"Hey! Mary! Ella!" Becky called. They both turned.
"I haven't seen Rachel today," Ella said.
"I'm looking for you two, actually," Becky said. "Can we go somewhere? Talk?"
"Sure," Ella said. "Lunch?"
The Rose Hollow Inn had a very small restaurant. They got a table for three and as they looked over menus, it was the type of menu that had photos of the dishes, as if the viewer had no imagination. Ella was the first to speak.
"Why are you looking for us?" Ella asked.
"Actually, it was just Mary, but I want to speak with both of you," Becky said. "I've heard that if there were to be a murder, Ella, you would be a good candidate."
