CHAPTER 45: OLD TALE: FILTH
Even though the Capital was experiencing the golden age of the current dynasty, every official still needed to attend to their daily duties to maintain this peace and prosperity. And that includes the ministers, local officials of the Palac,e and of course, the appointed leaders of the army led by General Osprus.
