Mason and Jane were back from their tour at about 3 PM, later than they had expected and this was the time the staff had to close for the day. Jane met him in his office to discuss about this plan, he had always been going to her office casually but today he didn't want anyone to suspect what's going on especially when he calls Olive for questioning by both of them.

Jane asked him but before he could, he urgently sent a message to Steve to announce to everyone working in the reception that they were expecting a private visitor, an important person and they needed to stay till 5 PM when the visitor would leave exception of those that had a genuine emergency case to attend to.
