Justin looked down at Sophie, his eyes wide, and his mouth open.
“What in the hell is happening to my wife?!” Justin growled as his eyes shot up, glaring at Lanie.
Lanie looked back at him, shaking her head. “I don’t know! I have never experienced this before.”
“Well, you better find out!” Justin, in fear for Sophie's life, projected his Alpha voice. Lanie jumped, shocked by the aura pouring off of him.
Blaze walked over, stepping in between them. “I know you’re upset but that’s no reason to talk to my fiancee that way.” He stared Justin down, projecting strength and dominance.
Justin shot a look at him, not realizing he was even in the room.
