I hope you enjoy this tale of medical mysteries, murder, and mischievous werewolves. When I first wrote this book, it was before the height of the anti-vaccination movement, and so the plot wasn’t quite as relevant…or controversial. I would like to take this opportunity to say that I agree with the scientific position on vaccines - they are harmless and do not cause autism or any other major negative side effects. In fact, they are necessary for our communal health and wellness, and I am fully in support of them.
