Ambrosia POV I lived a completely solitary life- or, as much of one as I could manage. However, twice a month on Saturdays, I had to venture forth into society in the interest of making money. I was pretty close to self-sufficient: I grew a lot of my own food, had a well for my own water, and the cottage even had solar panels for electricity. But at the end of the day, there were taxes to pay and groceries I simply couldn’t make or grow myself.
