Seeing her panic, I can discern why she was so nervous. When she begged for a half-day holiday.
All the employees working here are made to sign a contract, where they have to tell twenty-four hours in advance for the half-day, if they take a sudden leave, then their salary of one week will be deducted. However, never such a situation occurs.
Because Mom always understood the condition of all of them. She always supported them and helped them to solve their issues. She's always a kind and pure heart angel for them.
This is all I heard from staff, Erish, and also saw by myself.
I witnessed many times her kind behaviour towards workers, staff, and maids. She never got a high-profile owner in front of them. She always treated them just like family.
