(Writer's POV)
Eva and Mia finally had their mates. Eva got paired with a young man that was three years older than her. He wasn't that rich and he doesn't have much properties. She was staying in a rented apartment with him. She hated her new mate even if he showered her with so much love.
"Why is there so much heat in here?" She complained.
"I'm sorry my lady. I'll open the windows" he said.
"Don't even touch the windows. Argh. I'll just go and stay outside till the power comes up" she said and threw her legs down the bed. The lights came up. She heaved a breath of relief and climbed the bed again.
"Finally" she murmured and laid on the bed.
Her mate, Sam went to the window and closed it.
"It's going to rain tonight" he said.
