As Austin listened to Jacob's determination to make Madison and Zayn pay, he couldn't help but feel a sense of unease. He knew his friend had been hurt by their actions, but he also believed that vengeance wouldn't solve anything, and it would only lead to more pain because he feels there's no need of doing anything because the deal is done already but his stubborn head CEO won't listen to him. He wished Jacob will just listen to him and move on because the fact remains that, helping Miranda's Dad company will even drain their company and there are other girls for him to have s*x with if that's what matters to him more.
He placed his hands on his head frustratedly thinking of a better way to talk to Jacob if that would change his mind from doing what he is about doing now.
