"My ankle was still hurting." But I could not even think about it right now because the only thoughts that were in my mind right now were escaping from here. I kept on moving and moving without looking back. I did not even care who was hitting me as I was going. I even accidentally hit a lot of people while walking as fast as I could. But they did not say anything, and I did not even care to look back or apologize to them. Because my mind was not even there at all. My mind was only set on one thing, and that was escaping.
I was almost out of the crowd and into the woods. I was almost there. I was almost about to escape when I felt someone hold my shoulder. "And before I could even turn back to look at whoever had touched me, my heart beat inside my chest as I was really scared.
