Rise Above

Chapter 7

       Ellie's POV

On the way to the Golden moon pack I must have feel asleep cause I felt someone shaking me. "Wake up Ellie we are here" I Cullen's voice. I slowly open my eyes and see that its night time already. Looking around I slowly take Cullen's hand and get out of the car.

"Wow is this yours"I say with excitement. "Its ours he says as he looks at me with amusement.

The three story house was beautiful you can tell why it was called the Golden moon pack for a reason. The house was white and Golden it was like something I have never seen before. I look up at the stairs that leads us to the front door and see about six people standing there.

"Carol and Zack grab Ellie's belongings and take them to her room" Cullen says and looks over at two girls.

"Paige and Jade come forward" He says as I watch two very beautiful girls walk toward my mate smiling like love struck teens but before I could respond. "Ellie dear this is Paige and Jade. Paige here is my half sister and Jade is my cousin" He says towards me and sees my facial expression soften.

"Hello its nice to meet you both" I say with a shy smile. "Aw Cullen she is beautiful" the girls say as they look at me and I can feel my face going red.

"Sam come here and show Ellie around the house I have some business to get to" Cullen says as he looks over at a middle aged women. "I will see you at dinner" He says to me then walking into the house.

"Lets begin" says the women as every walks behind Cullen. The tour goes on and I realized that the bottom flour is the living room, dinning room, kitchen, rec room, Cullen's spare office. The second floor has a few guest rooms, bathrooms and a spare living room. And the third floor is only for Cullen and My self with our seperate bedrooms and nursery for when we decide to have pups and Cullen's main office and a office for me.

"Sam can you leave me I wanna get cleaned up before dinner" I say. "Yes Luna" she says as she bows her head and walks out of the room. "Why aren't we sharing a room with Cullen" Evie says as she whines. "Its a good thing he is giving us our space letting us heal from our first rejection Evie" I say to her and she understands we need time to heal.

After putting away a few things and taking a shower I put on some leggings and sweater crop top and slid on my fluffy house slippers. By the time I was done getting dressed I hear a knock on the door. "Come in" I say as I look to see who it could be.

"Luna dinner is ready" Sam says as she pokes her head from around the door and I nod and start to head to the dinning room. We hit the stair case and I can see a few people standing at the bottom. "Who are they" I ask Sam.

"That is a few members of the pack you will see alot of them when Alpha does your Ceremony" Sam says and I nod. Walking into the dinning room I look around and my eyes catch Cullen's eye. He watches my every move as I make my way to sit beside him.

"Hi" I say shyly as I sit down. '' No need to be Shy my love'' Cullen says with a smirk as he reaches for my hand. We held hands the whole time which I didnt mind. "So we are doing the Ceremony for you in a week" Cullen says he sips on his whiskey.

I nod " I am getting tired goodnight Cullen" I bow my head as I get up. Before I get up I hear a low growl "Do not bow at me im your equal" He says in soft tone. I nod and continue my way to my room.

Once I reach my room I lock the door as I like to sleep in a t shirt and mu underwear. As soon as I lay down i felt my eyes getting heavy as I drift off to sleep.

        Cullen's POV

After dinner I headed to my office to  finish up some paper work. Once done I decided to check on Ellie so I walk to her door and I tried to turn the door knob but it was locked.

"Sam bring me my keys" I mindlink Sam so I wasnt yelling nd possibly waking up Ellie. Within a few mins Sam is infront of me with my keys. "Is everything ok Sir" Sam ask. "Yes I just wanna check on Ellie before I head to bed" I say and she nods before walking away.

I open the door and step inside I had to adjust my eyes to the darkness. Thankfully my wolf vision comes in handy. I walker closer to Ellie for realizing that she is only in a shirt and underwear. I take this chance to get a good look at my beautiful mate.

Her black hair lays perfectly on the pillow and she lays on her right side facing me. She has a smile on her face as she is dreaming. Looking down her body everything is perfect she isnt to skinny as I can see her curves.

Just looking at her like this was making me and my wolf crazy.'' I need to get out of here before I do something stupid'' I think to my self and with that I go to leave but not before placing a soft kiss on Ellie's forehead. 

I lock the door on the way out and head to my room "This is going to be tougher then you thought" my wolf says to me as I walk into my room. "I will not force my self on her she needs time to hell so we let her" I say to him as I plop on my bed closing my eyes to let sleep take over.
