Rise Above

Chapter 6

       Ellie's POV

After my talk with Alpha Edwards I decided to tell my family about Zayn and being rejected by him. "Can we have a family talk before I start packing" I mind link my parents and my brothers.

"We will be there in a second" was the response I got from them. As they walked into my room one by one I motioned for them to take a seat. I explained everything to them and I thought Jason was gonna blow up the house. "He did WHAT" Jason says after I am finished.

"Its fine" I say as I look at my family. "The moon goddess gave me a second chance and I dont think for one moment that Alpha Edwards would hurt me" I say with a smile on my face. "Good now I wont have to threaten him" says James.

"Boys thats enough lets let your sister pack her things" My father says as he gives me a hug and walks out of the room with my mother following behind him.

"Would you like some help" I see my brothers standing there with sadness in their eyes. "I would love that" I say with a small smile.

After 2 hours of packing my things and joking around with my brothers in the process we were finally done."Dinner is ready" my mom mind links us. "You guys go ahead I wanna shower up before dinner" I say and they nod and walk out of my room closing the door behind them.

I take my shower and throw on some jeans and a sweat shirt before taking one last look at my purple bedroom. I walk down the stairs and stand in the door way of the dinning room and take in the crazy mess that is my family.

"Hey" I hear his voice behind me and I turn to see him. "Hi" I say as he walks closer to me. "Its not like you wont see them again you can come visit them soon" Alpha Edwards says as he closes the space between us.

"Alpha-"I start to say but before I could finish "My name is Cullen you can call me by my name as you are my equal" He says as he grabs my head to take me into the dinning room with my family.

I walk into the room with a smile on my face and my family turns and looks at me and can see that this is a good thing for me. "Hey you got everything packed princess" my dad says with a sad smile

"Yes dad everything is packed and being taken to the car right now" I say as with a smile on my face. But before the dinner could continue Zayn busts into the door. "Hey everyone" Zayn says with a sly smirk. 

"Oh hell no" Jason says as his eyes start to darken. "Who is that" Cullen says as he looks at me. "I am her mate" Zayn says with a smirk. "Ex mate you rejected me which I am thankful for" I say as I snap my head at him and smile while I turn to look at Cullen.

"Get the f**k out" Jason growls as I see that both my brothers and Cullen eyes darken. "What the hell are you gonna do" says Zayn as he looks at Cullen. "Boy you got two seconds to get the f**k out of my face before you wish you were dead" Cullen says with a loud growl.

"Bring it b***h" Zayn says with a smile. "Ellie go stand beside your father" Cullen says and I nod and walk to my father. Just as I reach my father I turn to see both guys toe to toe and then Zayn swings at Cullen and misses.

As I stand and watch the guys fight I can tell who is winning and I smile brightly as I see Cullen knock Zayn out cold. I walk up to Cullen and grab his arm he snaps his head towards me and I can see his wolf on edge.

Before I could say anything Cullen buried his head into my neck taking in my scent and I feel him relax into me. We turn and see Zayn starting to stand "You will never disrespect my mate and Luna ever again do you understand boy" Cullen growls and Zayn bows and runs out the door not looking back.

"I think it is time we take our leave" Cullen says looking down at me and I nod. Walking outside I hug my family goodbye and see Kat at the side of my house. "I will be right back" I say to Cullen who see's Kat and nods.

"You are really leaving" She says as I walk closer. "It's not forever I will come and visit" I say with a smile as I lean into and hug her. "Bye Ell" she "Bye Kat I will miss you" I say as I turn back to Cullen and take him by the hand getting into the black SUV.

"You will love Golden moon pack" Cullen says as his kisses my forehead.
