Chapter 212:50 A.M. After blue balling Colton—if that is even a real term—I walked home to find my apartment complex thankfully still in one piece. The landlord had drained the seven-foot deep in-ground swimming pool, which was in the middle of the courtyard. He had learned from his past mistake when we had to deal with Hurricane Oscar last year. That hurricane ended up flooding the pool, causing chlorine damage to every apartment on the first floor.
