Chapter 4Hours Later
I drank some soda from the can as Colton held the DVD of my favorite movie in his hands. He was laughing, reading the synopsis on the back. “So, they rise from the dead and search for children to devour, but end up performing at a concert instead?”
“No!” I said sitting next to him on the sofa and I placed the can of soda on the coffee table. “Okay, so the sisters are evil witches who are raised from the dead after a virgin lights the candle. They return to their present, which is three hundred years after they were murdered. Now, they’re running amok trying to suck the souls out of children so they could stay young and immortal forever.”
He looked at me, then back at the DVD. “And this is a Disney movie?” He laughed and I snatched the DVD away playfully.
