"What are you looking at, Theo?” Edward's words made me back to reality.

I took a sip from the glass and turned.

“Looking at the vacuum of not having a mate,” I replied.

I tsked, I really did concentrate the drink.

“Huh! What is new in that? It has been 10 years since us three, turned 18 and till now, we haven’t had our mates. Irritating, I tell you,” he growled.

For seconds, his eye turned blue, but he controlled himself.

He must have been in tough training right now. Because from where I remember it was the last month, he got in a fight.

I only know him to lose patience first. It is not like I am blaming him. The alpha power - to handle, is not an art but science. It comes with aggressiveness, power, authority, and possessiveness.

“Hmm”, I took the remaining drink in a gulp.

“What do you think, how will be your mate?” I asked him.

I sighed to myself. Not having a mate had made me drown to this level.

He stopped while shaking the rum bottle and looked at me for a while, “I do not know. But it would be easy if she would be an immortal too. Don’t you agree?”

Thank the moon goddess, he did not laugh at my question.

Immortal, huh? Whatever.

“It does not matter to me as long as I have her, in my bed, with me,” I said with a slight huff. Where the f**k is my toast now?

“It would be easy to explain the authority if she knew that we are the alphas and what we say goes,” he said, while adding that hard drink-1858 to his glass. That is one potent drink, he is preparing.

“Yes, I don’t want her to be too open-minded either. It would be a problem. Submissive should be the right word for her,” I agreed.

“Are you interested in Dom-Sub now?” he joked.

Dom?! Like, I can help in that area.

“Just because I don’t do subs like you, that does not mean I do not have a dominant side,” I argued.

“Oh, I know you. You are ruthless. The underworld cannot run by a vanity man. I know you,” he sasses.

Ruthless, he is exaggerating. I left one hand and one leg of the attackers to those who dared to attack the previous month. It is boring; we are too old to play those stupid games of theirs. And it is not like we have nothing to do; we have a goddamn business to run.

“The irony, I am talking about was of,” he took a sip again “that the 80% of the world is owned by us but still we still not able to find our mates”.

“It is sure that they are humans, though,” I said for his immortal notions.

Well, it is not like she will be less ecstatic to know who will be her husband. As the big personalities as we are and having the finer things on our side, she will lick our foot and giving her ass to be screwed.

“Yeah, at least we have a clue. It is already a topic in most of the world that we being so powerful still not able to find our mates,” he said mutely.

It is only the people’s good luck that this man had not killed them for badmouthing us.

Let just say, we are the ones who don’t even allow disrespect from themselves too. Well, we three sure have a stroke of awful luck on that.

“Where is Calvin?” I asked.

“Where do you think? He bedded the... a… what was her name, Miss. Italy and her friend,” he responded trying to remember the name.

As if we will ever be. Not our problem, though. If you go checking the rooms, a model or an actress or any popular woman is common to find.

“Oh, was not he with Suzan?” I asked, rubbing the itch to him. Suzan was the blonde that Edward has taken for the sub for a while.

He laughed at this, “You better know him by now. He is with half of the women in the world”.

The best part of this man is… he never gets attached to the subs.

“Yeah, as power comes, it brings the wicked heart, which needs everything,” I agreed.

Not bluffing. A little secret of mine is that what I get my eyes on; I want that. End of the story, before it began only. It is my rule that if I get my eyes on something, that is mine.

I have my ways and my games to own it. And no way in the hell, I am stopped by a being, whether it is moral or immoral. I walked towards the glass window. And I saw the most beautiful thing my eyes can perch on. That beauty is only for my eyes and soul. A tingle gets a form in my system. A brown-eyed girl with black hair. She was with 2 more woman figure. Look like we have company on this vacation.

“Hey, Edward. Come here” I motioned him with my finger in the direction.

“What? Now you are interested in trees?” he said, not taking me seriously.

“And in angels,” I said with the unblinking eye contact,

“Really?” he asked with narrow eyes.

He steadily got up and saw in front, looking in between the trees, “Looks like there are ladies accompany us in the forest” he said.

“And surely, beautiful” that was supposed to be a whisper but he recognized that he said it aloud.

Did not I say to him!

I looked over him and yuck, he was drooling, “Do not drool man! Disgusting! Are you planning to eat her?”

“If possible” he licked his lips.

“Hey can you sense the sweet smell in the air?” a voice came from behind. Not of Edward but hot and blonde Calvin.

“What smell? Good morning. And hide your lower half,” Edward growled to him.

“What? Is it bothering you too much” Calvin pushed himself in the front,

“Yeas it is. Your morning wood is not I have planned to see first in the morning. I have laid my eyes on something delicious. Right, Theo?” Edward was saying something.

“Theo?” Edward shouted.

“Looks like he is bringing the meal,” Calvin laughed.

Yes, I am!

“Not, what’s mine” Edward's voice came when I jumped from the balcony.

“Hey wait for me”, beside the Calvin.

I jumped over the small cliffs which are not a big of a deal and soon found Edward and Calvin, running side by side. We look at each other and it was given.

A match!

Who will be there at first?

As soon we were closing the distance, my wolf, start getting excited.

Funny feeling, rise on the surface. And a second later, when I saw the girls close. He shouted “mate”.

But, who?

I cannot see all the three at once because I fixed my eyes on a girl who was calling one of her friends.

Brown eyes and long hair.

What is she wearing? Who wears such short outfits, but yeah I was not with her so she can wear that but not anymore. I will make her wear, what I want. I looked over my friends to tell I have found my mate. But those assholes were not even there. I looked around. Edward was standing before a girl and his eyes were shining. So he found his mate too, my man. And Calvin was on a tree branch, a way ahead and looking the other girl’s…!

I don’t want to say that, as I have a mate now and I don’t go looking another woman.

Calvin jumped on the ground looking at the lady which is with my mate.

Mate, holy crap.

We all three found our mates at once.
