I loved going downtown. Chicago my city where I was born and lived all my life was just the most breath-taking place ever, and I been not just saying that because I love here. I was waiting for my boyfriend to get out of work, so I texted him

” Hey baby imma go to Millennium Park meet me there.”

I did not wait for a reply and went. His work was not too far away from the park, and I loved sitting by the bean and watching the tourists take pictures. They always looked so happy and full of life. Plus, it was a nice day with the sun sending warm rays that rested into my face, and the wind that blow thought my hair. I slowly drift off into a daydream. A few minutes later someone catches my eyes. When I looked up, I saw the hottest man alive and that was still an understatement He had muscles on muscles and great black hair. He was with a group of Friends who were all good looking, but nothing like him. Then Like the world just came into a stop we made eye contact and I saw the greenest eyes. They called me in and said that they will never let anything hurt me. He smiled at me, and you would think he can’t get any hotter but that smile made it a bigger lie. A moment passes and I feel a hand. I turn to see those hazel eyes and I almost felt guilty for looking at another man like that. There stood my amazing boyfriend Nick. He wasn’t as fit, but he was still cute with his black hair, and hazel eyes that get lighter in the sun, He was 5’6, not to tall but perfect for my 5’3 height.

“So, what are you looking at “he said

“You know me I like to look at people “

He laughs and speaks

“Baby you are always so curious “

Then kisses me. When I say his kisses makes the world spin, I mean it. When out of nowhere, this inhuman growl, which was heard throughout the full park. This made us break from our kiss and turn to that growl. I saw that man with those great green eyes looking at us, but instead of the smile he had before there was pure angry almost rage in those eyes. I was scared that look was a warming for Nick to let go of me. What was I even saying why would that god of a man but mad at that I mean I don’t even know him. That is when the group of friends he was with grabs him, and holds him down, All I could think about was please don’t hurt him, I started to walk towards them wanting to calm him down, letting him know everything will be okay. When Nick grabs my hand and starts to lead us away from the man. He spoke

“Baby what were you thinking? Why did you start walking over there? That man was going crazy. Do you know him.”

I didn’t know what to say, I mean I didn’t know him but it’s like I did, which doesn’t even make sense. My boyfriend was still waiting for me to say something.

“I don’t know Nick, I don’t know him, He did look mad through”

“Yup. Good thing we left when we did, didn’t want anything to happen to you.” He says

We both continue to walk in silence for a while. I was still in shock, going back to what had happen. Wishing I would get to see him again. “Jasmine stop what are you thinking.” I say to myself. Nick breaks the silence

“So, what you want to eat?”

“I don’t know I could eat anything what do you want?” I say back

“How about some burgers?” he states

“Burgers umm I don’t know I’m not in the mood” I say

He starts to smile and looks at me with an amused look

“What? “I say

“You said you could eat anything, but you say no to burgers, so I am going to ask again what you want to eat” he says while laughing

“Okay, okay. What about pizza?” I say also smiling

He holds my hand and says “lets go”
