I’M STANDING NEXT TO my dad, and I can’t seem to stand still. Always waiting on this woman, and I will happily do it every day of forever. Today is the happiest day of my life; my sweet Ivy agreed to marry me, to be my wife, the keeper of my heart and soul, and in turn, she will trust me with hers.
Her, my mom, and Brian went wedding dress shopping yesterday. We wanted to keep it quiet, so I pulled a few strings by saying a family member was getting married. Ivy gave my mom an idea of what she wanted, and my mom had twenty dresses set aside in a private room for the three of them. My mom says Ivy fell in love with the third one she tried on.
