EIGHT DAYS. I AM ON edge. I have been pacing the house for three days now, and Brian says I’m wearing a rut in the carpet. I don’t care. I’ll replace it if I have to.
I’m already packed for my trip. The guys are excited to have the kids to themselves for two weeks. I’m not looking forward to being away from the kids for two weeks, but David and I need this time too. Then I plan to bring David here and spend some family time together.
But best-laid plans and all that.
