Harmonia Daughter of Aphrodite and Ares. Wife of Cadmus. The daughters of Harmonia and Cadmus are Autonoe, Agave, Ino, and Semele. Their son is Polydorus. In estab- lishing the metropolis of Thebes, Cadmus killed the dragon of Ares, then made atonement by using serving the god for 8 years. Cadmus was later on rewarded by using the Olympians with his marriage to Harmonia.
