Adrian’s POV
The whole night I had dreamt of my beautiful mate lying beside me. I would awake, and her beautiful face would be the first thing that I see when I open my eyes. The love of my life. The mother of my children. My mate. She was everything I could possibly ask for and more. I reached out my hand to pull her in, but all I could feel were the empty sheets. My hand searched frantically to find her with my eyes still shut, but she wasn’t here.
She’s not in bed.
