Damien’s voice was low as he held up a thick folder.
They were standing inside a hidden vault beneath Celeste’s mother’s old estate. The place looked like a war chest…guns on the walls, boxes of money, fake IDs arranged neatly. But this folder… it didn’t fit. It looked personal.
Celeste took it from him, her hands trembled. Too much had happened already. Her mother was alive. Her mother had tried to kill Damien and they had barely escaped.
She opened the folder slowly.
The first page made her freeze.

Her name was written at the top—Celeste Kavanagh.
But just below it… another name. Belmont.
