I should probably go tell Betty about Karen, that whatever Karen and I had are in the past, but first, I should put Karen in her place.
I marched down the hallway straight to the pack's hospital, where Karen works; she's one of the pack's doctors. I went straight into her office, and there she was attending to one of her patients.
On seeing me, she smiled, but I didn't return it. I made sure she saw the expressions on my face.
Once she had dismissed her patient, I went straight to her.
"What did you tell your Luna?" I asked. She looked hurt, but it's not that I care. Karen has found her mate, but because of her obsession with me, she rejected him, claiming he's not her type, and Davis has not been given a second chance mate since then. Poor him.
