-Hunter- I knew when I said nothing would keep me away from her that it was a lie, just as I wasn’t sure I could ever go on this vacation with her. I didn’t believe I had that much time. I could barely imagine making it through the year, but I needed this. I needed to act like I had years with her, because the thought of being without her was a pain far worse than the one I was already enduring. “Why are you looking at me like that?” Angela inquired. I simply couldn’t stop gazing at her, brushing the loose strands of hair away from the side of her face. She was so beautiful. “You’re beautiful,” I told her. “How can I not stare at you?” Her cheeks flushed a deep red, and she quickly looked down, unable to meet my gaze.
