It was a long and hard day and all I wanted to do was to snuggle the little kitten in my bed. She probably fell asleep after dinner, I thought.
Entering our room, I was taken aback when I found the bedroom empty.

I darted in the direction of the bathroom, flinging the door open only to find her relaxed inside the bathtub. Her gaze quickly snapped to mine, mouth gasped at her sudden intrusion as she adjusted herself to sit upright. She was perhaps dozing off.
