CHAPTER LV
The trees started to rustle and this caught out attention. I raised my head and saw that there was a robot looking down at us. "Get back!" I yelled when I saw that it was ready to step on us. We backed away and noticed that there was a sound coming from our left side. I turned towards it and saw something shining. "Does the ministry of defense have armor?" I asked without removing my gaze. "What? No, they don't," Alystair answered. "I can see something gleaming in the distance," I said and they looked at me. I pointed towards the right and that's when bullets were shot. "I didn't expect them to detect us this fast," Alystair said. I was able to protect us with a barrier but I don't know how long this can last. I scanned the area to look for a spot where we can hide. "Let's move th
