CHAPTER 2 - Mentor

"Because you always take my free will away!I wish I was born into another family! I hate this family. Ive had enough!" I yell and fly away. I didn't mean what I said. But my blood was just boiling!

I was back in time for my date. The maids helped me get dressed no matter how many times, I begged and demanded for them to let me go and let me change by myself. My mother had picked my outfit out and I was old enough to change by myself, but no they would not even let me breathe! They had strict orders from father to clean me and dress me up. And his orders were more important than mine.

"Aria." Jacob smiles.
"It's princess Aria to you." I say coldly.
He holds his arm out. I knew my father was watching. I sigh and interlock my arm with his.
"We aren't girlfriends, Jacob. What's with arm thing."
"Couples do, do this."
"I don't know what my Father has told you, but we are not a couple." I got in the carriage and he follows.
"I can kiss another man if I please." I grin. He frowns and shakes his head.
"I've always liked you, Aria."
"Wrong. You always like my Father. Liking me would make my Father like you even more." I say.
"You such a suck up. Good boys I can handle, but you are something different!" I groan in frustration.
"This so called date. Means nothing!"

"This is nice." He smiles. We are in a restaurant. That was in the sky and extremely fancy. There was this small town diner near the castle that me and Levi love. We found it way better.
"I've been to better places." I lean back on my chair.
"What are you going to get?" He asks.
I stare at him and look away. The waiter comes and asks for our order. He kept on flirting with me. Jacob ordered a lobster.
"Can I please get burger, fries and a oreo milkshake?"
"So your not all about the healthy lifestyle." The waiter grins.
"What do you mean?" I ask with a smile.
"You don't survive on salads and water." He replies.
"So I have amazing taste buds. Sue me." I grin. See this? Jacob doesn't even care. I'm having more fun with the bus boy in these few minutes than the last half an hour with Jacob.
"How about something better?"
"What can you possibly offer a Princess of the entire realm?"
"Someone a little more dangerous than this guy." He points at Jacob.
"Excuse me?" Jacob asks.
"You have my attention. Your offering me something that I have not had my entire life. That's rare." I grin.
"How about you ditch this guy?" He grins.
"Aria." Jacob warns.
"Oh what you gonna do Jacob? Snitch on me? I know you will. Your a snake and a suck up!"
"Every girl wants a little danger in her life." The waiter says.
"Tell you what. I'm not in the mood for a lecture when I get home. So I'll give you my number." He nods and gives me his phone and I add my number.
"I'll be back with your order." He smiles and walks off.
I lean back. That guy was probably just using me. I can't really trust anyone. Since every person who was not famous that I knew. Used me. They did that to Levi and other royalty members. So if I want to meet a true real friend. I need to be in disguise, but that's too long.
We were half way through eating when the waiter, who is called Pete came back.
"You want dessert?" he winks.
"Aria. We have to go." Jacob says. He stands up and throws money on the table.
"Not yet." I say.
"It's your Father, Aria."
"Just tell me!"
He looks at me then the waiter.
"In the carriage. We need privacy." I nod.
"Thank you for the lovely dinner, Pete." I smile and walk away.

"The vampires are attacking?" My eyes turn darker. Jacob nods.
"THEN WHAT THE HELL ARE WE DOING IN A CARRIAGE!?" Fairies have different abilities. Since I'm more powerful, I have a lot more than the average fairy or even the average princess, queen, prince or king. I still am getting powers.
"Jacob. I don't really like you, but your strong and can fight. Even though you don't show it. SO GET OFF YOUR a*s AND LET'S FLY!" I yell. He smirks and nods. I open the door with my powers and we fly out. Our senses are heightened. Mine are higher than Jacob so he's a behind me. The only thing in mind was my family.

I fly in through the window, blood covered the walls. Body of vampires and fairies laid on the ground.
"DAD!MUM! LEVI?!" I yelled.
My parents and brother flew in.
"You know how this goes. You need to get out of this world, galaxy." My father says.
"No! I need to stay and fight."
"Aria. This is no time for your stubbornness. You are going and that's final!"
I let the tears fall down. He was right. I can't let it get the best of me.
"Promise me you'll be ok. Promise me we will win. Promise me I'll come back." I say.
"I promise you." My father smiles. My parents hug me.
"You know where to go.We will meet you there." My mother says. They fly out of the room and I stare at Levi.
"Please Levi. Be safe. I don't know what I would do without you." I hug him.
"As long as your okay, Aria."
"This is stupid. Your only 14! You shouldn't be going off into a war!" I yell.
"Aria. We have to get you out of here." He says and I nod.

We fly up the stairs and I saw my parents and a guy. I think his name was Josiah.
"When you go Earth. You know your orders." My Mother says. I nod.
"You are Josiah." Josiah nods.
"You are going to be my Mentor?" I ask and Josiah nods.
"He'll also be sending you to your safety planet." Levi says.
My Mentor waves his hand in the air. Grey fog spreads around the room with gold sparkles. The last thing I saw was 2 vampires storming in and attacking my Father.
