It's a city famous for its universities. It has many domestic and international universities.

Phialand University: Domestic university of the Phialand city, ran and funded by the government and other high class families of XX country.

St. Paul's University: An international university which has its campus all over the world, ran and funded by the top class families of the world.

Elrod and Hale Family: The most richest and successful families of the Phialand city. There's no 1st or second between them as it always keeps on changing but it's always these two. They have a long time rivalry going on in between their family.
