Leaving Celyra Kingdom left an odd feeling in her chest, but at the same time, she was ready to see new places during this tour. Prince Elias had offered to ride out to the border of his lands with her group, but she kept replaying what the Queen had told her during tea, so she told him that she didn’t want to draw too much attention. The Queen wasn’t present to see them off and Ayla had a sinking feeling as to why. They had been traveling for two days now, and Ayla had never seen such a vast amount of rolling green hills. The air smelled fresh and sweet like flowers and honey while the breeze was soothing. On the back of Tama, Ayla trotted along the side of a very eager Centaur female, ‘They should be around here somewhere.’ She looked over at me, ‘A scout should’ve spotted us by now.’
