Ayla was very groggy when Tinesi woke her up a couple of hours later. She seemed extra cautious about helping her get ready, as if her time away had reset her timidness back to before she came to live at the castle.
“Princess,” Tinesi pulled her attention from her thoughts, “I am sorry about Miss Ada. She was a very kind woman.” She said sincerely, “I know that I cannot replace her, but if there is anything I can do to help…”
Ayla watched as Tinesi seemed to shrink despite it being her offer, “I appreciate that, Tinesi, thank you.”
